A whole AI department, working for you from day one. We continuously find where AI can do real work in your business and implement it ourselves — as long as it keeps paying for itself, and no longer.

Ongoing AI evaluation. We keep watching your operation and the fast-moving AI frontier, and tell you honestly where AI helps — and where it doesn't.
Hands-on implementation. We build the AI agents and LLM-powered workflows ourselves and wire them into your real systems — no slide decks, working software.
Iteration until it works. We stay with each use case until it runs reliably in production and your team actually uses it.
One flat fee, no surprises. €10,000 a month covers everything — evaluation and implementation, no hourly billing, no scoping negotiations for every idea. Cancel any time. For comparison: a single full-time AI engineer runs €8–10k a month, plus months of recruiting.

Our guarantee: if we haven't shipped a working AI implementation in your first 60 days, you don't pay for them. The risk is ours, not yours.

We are two partners doing the work ourselves, so we take on a handful of clients at a time — when the slots are full, they're full.
